I know autodesk doesn't support impression anymore, but I've seen people say it's still available for download with a subscription to another product. Those posts were from 2016 or older. I can't find it anywhere on autodesks site. Is it on there somewhere to download?

Impression - Still the Best Software for Presentation Site Plans

Impression is still the best tool available to our firm to create colored presentation site plans. We draft the geometry in AutoCAD and color it in Impression. This is possible with Photoshop, but unlike Impression, Photoshop will not link with a DWG file - unless I'm mistaken. This makes revisions tedious. Attached is an example of how we use this wonderful product. Land planners and landscape architects: what workflow are you using for your site plans?

Very nice sample.

It is very easy to use software. Beats Photoshop hands down.

I wish I had more opportunities to use it.

>>>>..Photoshop will not link with a DWG file...<<<
Adobe Illustrator is the correct tool if we are going to start comparing software from other vendors.

HI @Anonymous,

This product is no longer developed or supported. Which version are you using and with which version of AutoCAD and on what operating system?

That might be helpful to other Community members in case they still have install media with the application on it. I am guessing however that it will not run on Windows 10.
