&lt;P&gt;It is possible that the user profile is damaged. &amp;nbsp;But, I first suggest that you check user permissions to make sure they are not too restricted. Then, rt-click a DWG file and re-associate it with DWG Launcher.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure that the file itself or the folder that contains it is not set to read-only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you open a file if you do so through the program rather than Windows explorer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If none of this works, try creating a new user account (administrator permissions) and log on to see if you can then run AutoCAD properly.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
