&lt;P&gt;I guess the diagnostic is where you should start. When admin permissions are needed then the only thing you have to search is which files or registry contents are blocked when you run AutoCAD in "normal user" mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One tool you can use for that is ProcessMonitor (&lt;A href="https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/processmonitor.aspx" target="_self"&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;click&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;/A&gt;), here you can list all file and registry actions, which are blocked or ok.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>AutoCAD LT 2007 Windows 7 compatibility?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Autocad LT 2007 crash when I open in window 7 (64bits). I tried change the compatibity mode to Window XP(SP2 &amp;amp;SP3) but the problem still same. The program only working when granted admistrator right.
