Hello!

Help me, please.

How to transfer a command from the middle mouse button (which is on the mouse wheel) on space or another button on keyboard? I mean press the spacebar instead of the middle mouse button and move the drawing. Is it possible?

I mean the pan command. How can I move this command to another button? So that I can use this command the same way as on the middle mouse button.

If you're using customizable mouse, go to the mouse driver properties and assign autocad command into the macro.

Can I use a keyboard? For example, to hold down the spacebar to move a drawing, release the spacebar and the pan command will be aborted. Do the same as with the middle mouse button, only with a spacebar. I think it was done in Photoshop like this

It can't because space bar can't pan left, right......

Why not type in P for PAN?

You misunderstood me) Of course, I will move with the mouse, but instead of the middle button I wanted to press a key. I press the spacebar (or another key), move the drawing, release the spacebar.

You can turn off the middle button panning in AutoCAD with MBUTTONPAN system variable, look up usage in your AutoCAD's HELP.

@nicolas_kalinin wrote:

...I press the spacebar (or another key), move the drawing, release the spacebar.

In AutoCAD, that will not be the spacebar nor another button: that is already designed to do other things that you cannot truly override easily. What other drafting program do you come from?

If your Logitech or Microsoft wireless mouse (or keyboard) drivers have that ability, you can explore and try it there (but you'll always get that in all other programs on your PC).
