    <description>&lt;P&gt;Using trig functions you can find the angle - which will be half the angle of the total arc (the perpendicular of the chord to the arc center point&amp;nbsp; is half the chord length). The rotation relative to the first road segment is 20 degrees counter clockwise so subtracting 20 degrees from 90 degrees leaves 70 degrees.       <title>Finding Chord bearing</title>
