      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Jack,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe You have turned it off by pressing right mouse button on ribbon and then "close" on context menu. There is also RIBBONCLOSE command but it is less probable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
