tema Plan Production Sheet notes en AutoCAD Forum

Hey all,

Looking for some efficient options in how to best handle, update and add standard notes to plan sheets. We have multiple municipalities, cities & states that want there own "standard" notes incorporated into our plansets. How do you all handle these notes. We need to be able to find the latest version of these when we need them, because they do change once in a while. Do we have a drawing with separate tabs for each municipality. They can be updated and inserted into projects by copying and pasting. Do we add these off to the side of the sheet in the layout template? Are they a block under a standard notes tool palette? Then you don’t have to mess with formatting and stuff every time. Do we keep them in Word format or onenote on Teams so anyone can update them when they change? Any ideas and or suggestions would be great...

"... keep them in Word format or onenote on Teams so anyone can update them when they change..." works best as long as everyone aware "anyone" also means "everyone" double-checks all the time.

Your challenge: who's job is it to always check for updates.
