I am having a problem tonight. I am trying to draw rectangles to then extrude for make walls. I have created a number of walls already, but then I lost control of the user coordinate system. I want to work in the world coordinate system but for some reason, the AutoCAD programs wants to change the user coordinate system so that I am no longer in the world coordinate system, the x - y axes point int different directions than I want. I can not draw the rectangle in the orientation that I want. How can I get AutoCAD from second guessing me and making what is suppose to be a USER coordinate system be what the AutoCAD programs thinks should be the coordinate system?
