Create a team loop

I have several students who were able to use Fusion360 for several days and now they keep getting the message to join a team. When they click join a team it takes them to the team hub they created. They are unable to use the software because it keeps taking them to their team hub. Any suggestions

Hi @andre_braxton

I can see that you invited 57 students to your Fusion Team "mcpsmd220".

Did your students receive an email that looks like the following and click Join Team?

Also the student 47682 has not created their Autodesk Account.

If needed, ask School‘s IT Admin to allow domains: Autodesk.com and no-reply@autodeskcommunications.com.

If needed, I can approve them, it will just take some time to go through all of them

I wanted to check in and see if your students were able to open the Invitation email and click Join Team.

Let me know if you'd like me to Approve your 57 students.

Thanks for reaching out. Students that kicked out of their own team were able to access that email and join my team which solved the problem.
