Simulation stuck at 1%

Hello, I have problems performing simulations on Fusion360 the resolution of the simulation remains stuck at 1%, also i did delete a simulation and now I'm completely stuck with a message saying ''more simulations are loading'' but in reality nothing happens

Can you delete my online queue? also how can i do it by myself?

My Fusion 360 is updated, i have the educational license so there's not the problem of credits

- I tried it on online https://fusion.online.autodesk.com but still the same.

- I don't have any other computer to try with

- There is no status of "fail"

- My internet was stable

What happens when you click the Cancel button in the Job Status dialog?

Have you tried the steps outlined in this article? File stuck in upload queue in Fusion 360?

Hi,

The problem is that, there's not any cancel button, anywhere

Also Fusion its not loading, there's no bar, just a loading cyrcle over the cancelled simulation saying (more works are getting loaded) but it remains at 0 for hours

Hi,

now seems like to be fixed, when i reopened Fusion there wasn't anymore the loading circle

So... I successfully loaded the simulation, BUT now i cant see the results, like it's blank

Any idea why this happens?

Please reply and attach the .f3d file for us to review.

In Fusion 360, from the File menu click Export.
In the Export dialog box, change the file type to .f3d.

Hallo,

I'm sorry for the troubles im giving but actually the blanck simulation got fixed after waiting some time

Why is Fusion so slow when calculating the simulations, today it took the entire day to load a vary simple example of 2 components for an eletronics thermal analysis, maybe because i have a lot of documents and projects inside my account? Is there any way to improve the speed?

Hi @giovi.gilioli

It's strange that a simulation would be taking this long. The simulation studies are sent to the cloud and are placed in a que. If there are a high number of studies being processed, this could cause a delay. But I've never seen a day.

Try running the simulation study over the weekend and let us know if the time goes down.

Hallo,

I actually succeeded to use a lot the simulation thing this weekend, since it was using less time then before (one hour and half)

Today something went wrong, my computer went off while it was doing a simulation When i restarted it, the simulation went from 35% to 100% but the results were not accessible. I tried to add a new simulation but I got the same problem as some days ago

Probably the only solution I have now is to wait unless there's any way to delete the queue so i can keep working on what i have to do

Now seems like to be all fixed but anyway i really thank you for this solution, never thought there was a clear online queue command part. For sure it's going to be really useful since this problem happens like always

About the problems showing up:

The file was missing from the Data Panel (just a loading cyrcle without any specification of the object taken in analysis)
A file that has been uploaded or saved does not seem to be uploaded to the cloud. It is stuck in the upload queue and was still shown in the upload status dialog box.
Fusion 360 was unable to close.
