Projects not showing up in F360 suddenly

When I log into F360 from my PC or from the browser based version, I am not seeing any of my projects. When I go to the team hub webpage, all of the files and folders still appear to be there. As of last night I was able to access my files and I haven't made any changes since then. I have logged out and logged into a test student account and I'm having the same issue. According to health.autodesk.com, there are no outages at this time. I have double checked that I am in the correct team within the F360 both both the installed version on my laptop and the virtual version. Finally, I tried turning on offline mode and then turning online back on to see if that resets anything but that did not help.

Hi @ryancousinsCPS When you were able to see everything OK, we’re you at home by chance?

it seems like some ports/domains are being filtered by your school network. Have you ever been able to see the files at school?

Yes. I've never had any issue seeing the files until this morning.

I just logged my laptop out of my school network and connected using my phone hotspot and I'm having the same issue.

Also, even if my school would have suddenly started blocking ports between last night and this morning, that shouldn't affect the browser based version of F360 should it? Because those files are being connected directly to an outside autodesk server instance and we're just being served a remote session of that environment, right?

Sorry that you're having this issue.

I logged into https://fusion.online.autodesk.com with different accounts, and I could see the files in the Data Panel.

Can you please close the browser and restart Fusion online and let us know if you still have the issue.

I also sent this information to the engineering team.

I have opened Fusion Online on a different computer and I still do not see my projects in the data panel.

Just to re-iterate, I'm seeing the same issue not just on Fusion Online but on both Windows and MacOS locally installed versions of F360, both on my school network and on my cell phone network. In addition, my 3D design students have just arrived to class and they are all unable to see their files. Some are using the online version and some are using the PC install version.

Hi @ryancousinsCPS @rderrickedu Can you check one more thing for me? In data panel can you click home and then make sure your filter is set to all projects? Can you confirm that is the case?

That is something I checked when I first noticed the issue. Changing this filter setting doesn't seem to change anything.

I am seeing the same issue. None of our folder level projects are visible in the data panel. Open projects are still visible. Students can see the folder level projects on team viewer, so I don't think it's an issue with permissions.

When I signed in to Fusion, I initially saw all of our projects in the data panel, and then they disappeared.

I'm having the exact same issues. My two existing projects had folder level permissions. I just created a test project on the team hub and made it open. I then refreshed my data panel on a difference computer and that new project showed up.

We had some problems with folder level projects last year, and Autodesk was able to fix it from their end. Let's hope this gets resolved quickly since I have multiple classes that can't save their work.

Yes, it appears to be an issue with only Projects using the "Folder-Level" security type for me.

Data is still visible in the Fusion Team web interface and will open using the "Open on Desktop" button. But Projects are not showing up on the Data Panel for either local Windows install or Fusion Online.

Students have the ability to create projects in the Team data panel. Projects appear across the board, however, my team project with student folders is missing. For some reason I can access it but my students cannot. "All project" filter works. Team project still missing.

I restarted Fusion and now I don't have access to team folder. 🤞

To help us determine where the issue is. Can you please post log files from a computer that is having this issue?

Start Fusion.
On the top-right corner of the screen, click on the ? Icon > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files
In the Diagnostic Log Files dialog click Open File Location
Post the zip file" Fusion360DiagnosticLogs.zip"

Here is the diagnostic file from my computer. I can get one from one of our lab computers as well if that helps.
