&lt;P&gt;I connected with our Simulation team and they also asked for the &lt;A href="https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-export-a-design-in-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;.f3d file.&lt;/A&gt; The team gave me the attached image that may help. Also stated "&lt;SPAN&gt;For spur gears (probably similar for helical ones), the contact force is always directed in the same direction, regardless of how many teeth are in contact."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
