My Education license will EXPIRE in 7 days and repeated request aren't answered???

I've asked tech support also how to renew my Education License and I have never got any answers back! In the past it was automatically renewed and I had to do nothing - why is this year any different?

Where can I ask to have my license renewed?

My friend who had a free license was also unable to use his Fusion 360 after several years of usage!

What is going on?

Hi @czecht

Thanks for the post. Over the last couple years or Autodesk started checking for education eligibility. Eligibility needs to be renewed annually. Here is a link to an article that explains the steps: Renewing access to Education software.

After confirming your eligibility status, follow these steps to renew your Fusion 360 license (this doesn't happen automatically).

To acquire a Fusion 360 Education license, do the following.

Log into the Autodesk Education site and if needed verify your eligibility.
To get or renew your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

Then click "ACCESS"

Launch Fusion 360.
If the Education license does not appear on the top of the screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

One tip. To speed the eligibility process, I recommend changing your Autodesk Account email address to your school email address. This is the same email that you log into Fusion 360.

Change email address by going to: https://profile.autodesk.com/security
