How to create hem in fusion 360 sheet metal?

I need to know the math calculation and allowance formula for creating the hem in any sheet metal bending operations. Any help would be appreciated. Also if anyone have any link or video demonstrating the method to create hem would be great.

I am not 100% sure what you are looking to do, but I believe you may be looking to figure out your K Factor for your sheet metal.
Fusion 360 has an entire Sheet Metal area where you can define rules of sheet metals inside, and the K Factor is one of the most important, especially for bends. I have attached a few videos below that might be helpful to you, but if I have misunderstood or they don't help. Let us know, and we can try to figure out what is needed!

Hi @ROHANBHATT2110 While there is no Hem command in Fusion, you can still create a hem in a more manual way.

Once you have your sheet metal flanges created, place a sketch on the face of one of the flanges and then sketch the profile you want for your hem.

Then you will use the Flange command and you will first select your sketch profile, then you will select the edge of the flange. Note, you may have to flip the side that the flange is created on as I did in this case.

I have attached the file show in my example images. While I drew a fairly simple hem, you can sketch out whatever profile you want for your hem such a a teardrop.

Thanx for the reply, but i later need to fabricate the design on cnc bending machine, I need to know of what is minimum range bending radius and flange must be there for hem flange?

Hi @ROHANBHATT2110 Those aren't things that Fusion is going to tell you. Those are things you are going to get from the tooling that will be used to make the bend. When you specify bend radius, k-factor, etc. you will get an accurate flat pattern when you create it. You have to tell the Fusion rule some of the info, and in the case of manually drawing a hem, you also have to put that info in your sketch, like the bend radii you want to use.
