Trouble saving files

I have had a couple students that get error messages when they try to save a file. It simply says "Cannot be saved"

I verified that the computer was connected to the internet. Is there any other reason this might be happening?

When trying to open the file in question, they get the following message:

It's pretty disconcerting to not be able to save your work. If this happens again, are there any workarounds?

Sounds like the Cup file is referenced into the assembly and the Cup file had an issue when uploading. Please try the following:

In the Data Panel, expand the versions of the Cup file.
Click the 3 dots to the right of a previous version and click Open from the menu.
Then under the File menu click Save As Latest. This will create a new version.
Open the assembly file, and see if you can save the assembly.

If this doesn't work try the following:

It's not an assembly file, but I will try opening a previous version and saving it as the latest.
