Hello I would like to get some advice designing a gas line for a school project, and I am not sure what is the the best way to connect and mount the 90 degree elbow to the valve (both connectors are 3/8). I would like to mount it to that panel as to not put any strain on the rubber hose. Also if anyone has a ways to optimize the current set up any advice/criticism is welcome (please try not to roast me too much I am not too familiar with gas lines😅). BTW this gas line will not exceed more 100 psi, also it is preferred to have the valve on the side its currently at for easier access.

I'd recommend a bulkhead fitting. It'll provide support for the valve. You may need to reroute the hose to get the elbow to mate properly, though.
