      <title>Screencast issues; No audio playback and only recording screen background</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I decided to uninstall Screencast and download and install the latest version.&amp;nbsp; No difference.&amp;nbsp; I attempted to upload the "footage" and an error message occurred after processing.&amp;nbsp; Also, I attempted to find this post in my settings, and any post I've ever made to autodesk forum, including this one, does not show up.&amp;nbsp; This is very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you please try this steps and see if it works for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- First logout from Fusion or Screencast and quit both&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Go to this directory {username}\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\WebServices and delete the LoginState.xml&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Now start Screencast by itself and try logging in. It should work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- And try to upload the screencast. If it doesn't upload, I would recommend delete the screencast that is failing and record a test screencast and upload and see if it works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I think we will have to look at the logs at this point to see what is going on. We haven't seen other users complain about sign-in issues. If you don't mind, can you please zip up the contents of this folder "&amp;nbsp;{username}\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\WebServices" and email the zip file to me at &lt;A href="mailto:ram.mummidi@autodesk.com" target="_blank"&gt;ram.mummidi@autodesk.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
