Screencast. Another Upload fail thread....

My first upload has been stuck at the pending stage like some others have experienced.

To date I have:

Had IT enable all necessary firewall settings, per Autodesk.
Double checked login was active
Tried signing out and back in
Closing all apps and starting from scratch
Recreated video multiple times between each of the above steps.

Still no dice.

I do recall an Autodesk admin replying in another thread that redundant 'Test' videos and the like were being filtered out algorithmically, so I did my best to create something useful, albeit short.

To anyone who suffered the same, what finally did the trick for you?

Does anyone know what country the screencast servers are based in? Our IT department says one possibility is a specific country block in the network firewall. The required ports may be open for traffic from some countries, but not the ones required by screencast.

IT finally fixed it. It was a Sophos-specific web filter issue. The dns group accepting was not accepting his wildcard for Autodesk.com. HE had to put each site in manually.
