Annotative objects don't move correctly?

Attached find a simple drawing that illustrates a common mysterious problem that always comes up.

I added a notation with a leader with the word "Corner". Then I subsequently moved the arrow away from the corner to a place on the wall.

Then, When I look at my paper space sheet with three different viewport scales only one shows the moved arrow. The other two are stuck in their original position. Why didn't they move?

Use ANNORESET command to reset the location of the arrow of this multileader.
