Drawing wont plot in grayscale or monochrome

Every time I try to plot in grayscale or monochrome it plots in colour instead. I have tried changing all the layer display colours, importing grayscale stb, which also does not work. I've attached pictures of what appears. I have also tried convertpstyles and convertctb which doesnt work either.

Please help!

Hi @katieannspratley ,

While you are in the layout look at the Properties Palette and verify that you assign proper Plot Style table (nothing should be selected in the drawing):

Now double-click inside Viewport you want to plot in monochrome.

Go to Layers palette and change Plot Style for each Layer from "Normal" to the one you want:

Switch to the Layout and try to print.
