Spinning Wheel

When I am working in LT on my Mac - I will be in the middle of a drawing and the spinning wheel comes up and the screen flashes. I can continue work sometimes other times the screen goes black and the program freezes.

I turned off auto save think that was causing the issue because the file is saved to a cloud service but it is still happening and seems to be getting worse

Have this always happened, or did it start today?
Which cloud service? Is this a new change?
Your LT for MAC year version is...?
Your exact MacOS version is...?

This just starting happening last week.

Google Drive - but not new have been using for years

MAC LT 2021 and also tries 2020

macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6

Hi William,

How do you connect to Google Drive? Do you use special application?

Can you try to narrow down the problem?
Save all your files locally, work with them for some time.
Do you still have this problem?

It's a automatic connection/app on the computer

Google Drive app?

Anyway, try to work with your drawings locally. There could be a problem / conflict between AutoCAD and Google drive sync application.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The CER ID is helpful. I see that you ran into a graphics issue. It is specific to the macOS 10.13.6 with the security patch 17G12034, on Intel graphics card.

The recommendation is to upgrade macOS to 10.14 or 10.15.

I have a similar problem, when try to work in AutoCAD LT 2022, appear the spinning wheel all time, I have a MacOS Bigsur , version 11.5.2 with Graphic AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB, but I don't understand what happen ,any advice ...thank you

Are you able to draw at least one line?
Do you have this problem just after installation or it appeared suddenly?
