Error during installation

I have done all this steps: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/es/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-mac-products, in order to remove all the AutoCad contents. Then I tried to reinstall Autocad but it doesn't work, it just said: "Error during installation"

Hi,
Please provide information about AutoCAD version you are trying to install and macOS version on your Mac.

Is it the first time installation of AutoCAD on your Mac?
Have you tried to create new account on your Mac (System preferences -> Users & Groups) with administrative privileges, login to this new account and start installation?

Can you also attach here install.log file from /var/log folder?

Good afternoon, I´m trying to install AutoCad 2020. When uninstalling AutoCad 2020 I didn't "Leave AutoCAD preferences on my computer" so it should work when I try to install it again.

What about install.log?
There could be useful information in it about the installation error.
