Autocad LT slow - Spinning wheel

Hey. Ive just recently downloaded auto cad on a macbook pro. and the drawings are really slow to work in

the spinning wheel constantly appears and slows the drawing down.

Anyone know what could resolve this?

Hi Michael,

Please specify:
- AutoCAD LT version
- macOS version installed on your Mac

Does this happen in all of your drawings. even in newly created with a few objects in the drawing area?

How complex are your drawings? What about text objects, tables, hatches?

If the issue happens to only a few specific drawings, try to repair the dwg files through the AKN article below;
