Can not Plot on PDF Files

I am having problems on creating a pdf from my dwg file. It happens when I try to "print" or preview the plot. It shuts down the program and apperars an error report... and its on the latest MACBOOK _ version MOJAVE.(autocad 2018) Why cant I create a pdf file??? I have already gone to an Apple store to try but tgey said that the problem is with autocad version for mac mojave...

Are you having this issue in all your files or just unique/specific ones?

Please type ABOUT in AutoCAD and let me know your AutoCAD version . Mine is AutoCAD 2018.2.

Please also, tell me how you are setting up your PDF. (Step by Step process).

Hi Ana,

If you already updated AutoCAD to the latest 2018.2 version:

and still have troubles with printing, please check updates for printer (plotter) software you are using for your printing device (I guess you use real printing device).
