Hi Team,

I have a Problem with AutoCAD 2018

I have a MacBook Pro 2018 (macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) and i am a subscribe for AutoCad 2018.

AutoCAD not working with a wifi on or offline !!!! its only works when i connect my MacBook to my phone's Hotspot

we have 4 account on 4 MacBook in our company and we all have the same problem

Any Solution ?

What about other software? There are lots of Apple Support posts on the topic dating back a few years now https://www.google.com/search?q=software+on+mac+not+working+on+wifi+but+work+with+phone+hotspot

I see that you're posting for the first time. Welcome to the Autodesk Community, and thank you for posting your question here in the AutoCAD for Mac forum.

When you say it's not working, what exactly do you mean? Does the program launch? Does it freeze or crash? Does it open files? If you can provide some detailed information about what is happening, it will be much easier to find a solution.

Can you also verify that you have the latest updates installed for AutoCAD for Mac?

so the start box will show and disappear immediately and thats it
