some xref won't reload after a while, other reload just fine

In my office my CAD file has some xref's, for easily working and drawing I need to unload and reload them. But after some time some xref's stop reloading. I am the only one with this problem in my office but also the only one with AutoCad LT for MAC, and some xref just unload and reload when I want, but some files don't and the only solution seems to be to delete/detach and attach it again. Visretain is 1, links are properly attached and names didn't change. What can be the bug here?

Remember to let them know which year version you are using, what your MacOS is, what the others year-versions are and how you all are connected together and details about that too.

Note: there is no definitive cure for "sometimes" issues, if it only happens sometimes. So be ready.

This thread got moved to the proper forum. Can you explain where the Xref files are stored and how you share them between users? Typically they won't load if they are either not accessible or if they are being locked for use by another user.
