AutoCAD student for OSX 10.6.8 ?

Hi,

I would like to use AutoCAD with OSX 10.6.8. Is it possible to use the 2014 or 2015 version with my old OSX version?

The student versions are limited to 3 years, so I cannot use the one of 2013.

It is very important for me to use AutoCAD as soon as possible and I do not want to buy a new mac or to upgrade my system.

Hi Robin,

According to the System requirements you can use on 10.6.8 only AutoCAD 2013 and 2012. And there is no way to force 2014 and 2015 versions to run on your System.

You may be able to purcahse and run WindowsOS on your MAC and get newer student Windows versions to run without buying new mac hardware: search the internet for mac solutions like Bootcamp, VMWare and Parallels.

No. Student licenses for 2013 have expired.

You can download AutoCAD 2013 for Mac here:

But don't forget that you also need student license for this version of AutoCAD and this is another problem.
