I'd like to know what the formatting of the TIME editing days number is.

For example, in the Times in the drawing is listed as Total editing time: 31 days 07:31:33:713

Is 31 days 24 hours x 31 days= 744 hours?

Or is 31 days a calendar total, for example, 8 hours a day for 31 days= 248 hours?

The longer hours count is correct.

The first option seems to be right according to my test and this article.
