Creating pitch thread AutoCAD

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can kindly help me. I am trying to follow this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Q1s_VlaKTI to make a pitch thread, however I am having major difficulty. It seems that my pitch profile is mis aligned with the axis, but I could be wrong. I have attached a screencast to see if someone could kindly look at the two videos and see where I'm going wrong. I have tried multiple times.

Any help greatly appreciated.
