Hey there!

I am using AutoCAD for mac and have received a drawing from a client that they want me to edit and fix. I am having trouble drawing in this previous drawing with the right scale and dimensions. For example, I am trying to draw a rectangle with dimensions 32'x12' but when I try to even draw a line it says "polar" and a lot of numbers that don't fit in the scale I wish to use.

Could anyone help?

I am a new user and would appreciate a detailed description.

Thanks!

Would you be able to share a sample of the drawing file here? You can leave the bare minimum of the file if the concern for privacy is an issue.

Hi,

Please attach screenshot of what you see, when you start to draw a line. I just want to find out what is "it says polar" in your case.

Maxim
