Hi! I have an educational licence for Autocad for Mac, and now my computer have crache and I have no programs left om my computer, but I have a copy on of everything on the desktop. Now I'm trying to install Autocad for new, but I get a message that the serial number or produkt key doesn't mach. How shall I do to make it work?

Hi Karolina,

You need to login to your Student account on Autodesk site and look for the correct serial and product key there.

I have a provided a link for a proactive post about accessing your account. If you could take a look at this link I think this might help you locate your serial number.
