Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
Could be so;
- about the first issue with scaling: custom paper size on the second Mac is not correct, or you are missing something in page setup on this Mac

- about "shifting" effect: the drawing should shift from the physical center of the page because the default A3 paper has margins. If the drawing has dimensions to be fitted to full A3 without margins, than it should be shifted on the paper with margins.

Maxim

Hello,

In our office, there are 2 MACs, say Mac 1and Mac 2.

Problem :

Mac 1

If I plot a drawing with following settings, Custom A3 (297mmX420mm), all margins set to 0, and scale 1:1 in Layout (scale checked and locked),

Prints correctly.

Same drawing, plotted from Model space at 1:50, Page - Custom A3, center to plot, same plot style, etc.

Prints correctly. Exactly same as the previous plot.

Sae drawing plotted with default A3 page, at 1:50 center to plot ,.....

Scale is correct, but drawing is shifted and format is cutoff! If center to plot is not selected, then drawing is more shifted.

Mac 2

Same settings.

The drawing plotted is scaled down! i.e. The drawing is smaller and margins are larger.

Same drawing plotted from Model space at 1:50, Page - Custom A3, center to plot and same everything...

The drawing is again scaled down.

Same drawing when plotted with default A3, at 1:50, center to plot etc,

The scale is proper, but the whole drawing is shifted such that the format is cut off on the right side.

So what's and why this is happening?!

Tried many things, but still same problem.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

Thanks,

S

PS:

Mac OS X 10.10.5

Autocad LT 2015 for Mac
