URGENT Licence swap Mac AutoCad LT 2014

I have been running Autocad (perpetual licence) on my macbook pro for the last year - unfortunately the laptop has completely seized and I need to transfer my licence to a new computer...

I've contacted Autodesk several times but they have not been useful. All they have done is repeatedly sent me a download link to install Autocad to my new computer but the installation fails evrery time at the last stage of install. And even then I dont know that it will work as I cant access the licence transfer utility tool on my old computer.

I'm desperately looking for a solution for this - been going on for weeks and I depend on this software for my work. I hope someone can help!

I'm not very computer / technical minded - maybe I'm missing something easy here?

I've managed to get the installation to work now but only on my macbook and not on my imac.
