Batch Publish Not Displaying

Hi everyone,

I am using Autocad 2015 for Mac and I need to publish a set of 10 layouts. When I try to publish them to PDF, it looks like Autocad is creating them, but they are not displayed anywhere, neither in the selected folder, neither anywhere else into the computer. "Plot and Publish Job" window displays the following text: "

Job: - Plotted with Errors(s)

ERROR: Error saving PDF file; PDF file is open or uneditable.

I tried to print both individual PDF and single PDF and still not working. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi,

Where are you trying to save PDFs?
Have you tried to change the default place for saving PDF in Batch Publish window?
Please also verify that you print with correct Page Setup. Try to export to PDF only one Layout with Page Setup you are using in Batch publish. What are the results?

Hi Maxim, I setup my pages into Page Setup correctly. I also tried to change the saving location of the file, I tried on saving it onto my desktop too and still not working. As you suggested I just tried to save one single page onto default location and onto a different path, still not working. Plot and Publish Job window displays "Error and warnings found". Any other suggestions? Thanks

Could you post all contents of Plot Details window?
Use VIEWPLOTDETAILS command to open it.

And one more question: are you able to open PFD Preview from Print window?

The window of Plot Details is blank, either if I select All, either Errors Only. Yes, I am able to open PFD.

You need to open Plot details just after you Batch publish.

Yes, I did. I just tried to restart my computer and open a different file with less sheets. The following is displayed: *Job: *- *Plotted with Errors(s)* Job ID: 6 Sheet set name: Date and time started: 13/11/15 16 h 25 min 41 s Central European Standard Time Date and time completed: 13/11/15 16 h 25 min 57 s Central European Standard Time UserID: Profile ID: <> Total sheets: 4 Sheets plotted: 4 Number of errors: 0 Number of warnings: 0 ERROR: Error saving PDF file; PDF file is open or uneditable. Could it be a problem of my PDF Printer and not on Autocad? I can try to install a new PDF Printer and then try to batch publish again.

Yes, Could be a problem with printer which you are using in page setup(s).
Which one do you use?
