    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Although I haven't tested myself, but it should work, so you can upgrade OS.&lt;BR /&gt;And here is my advice: before upgrading make backup copy of your Mac primary partition with Carbon Copy Cloner or SuoerDuper:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.macworld.com/article/2461362/drive-cloning-utilities-the-best-mac-apps-for-making-a-bootable-backup.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.macworld.com/article/2461362/drive-cloning-utilities-the-best-mac-apps-for-making-a-bootable-backup.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; or at least make Time Machine backup.&lt;BR /&gt;Than you always be able to revert back to previous OS quickly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maxim</description>

      <description>BTW: SuperDuper is completely  free for basic System cloning and CCC has trial period.&lt;BR /&gt;You only need an external drive with enough disk space to accommodate your Mac HD.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maxim</description>
