licence server temporarily unavailable

Hope someone can help because no one seems to give a dam at Autodesk.

Have down loaded AutoCad Lt for Mac. Great. Have spent the last five days trying to get someone to talk to

me because I have tried everything ( I thinK) to activate the software. So:

Software loaded fine, add serial and key, fine then I get the screen - internet connection lost etc. etc. licence

server temporarily unavailable- great. then

Load CAD from the account page, loads. Deactiviate connection load up. add serial and key, fine, get to the

add activation code for the first time, all good. try to open CAD and guess what? licence server temporarily

unavailable- great!

No I have turn all the secutiry off, allowed AutoCad Lt for Mac to control the computer, done clean installs

each time and I get the same page up.

Am I missing something here?

Hope someone can help.
