Yes. The image I posted is a screen shot of my drawing after I saved and reopened the file. Also, is it important that I was using "Edit Block In-Place" when I did all of the "undo"s?

I clicked "undo" a handful of times, and all of the sudden the entire screen went dim, but only in the Conceptual Visual Style. Here's what everything looked liked before I clicked undo:

And here's what it looks like now:

This has happened before, and I have no idea how to fix it. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Hi,

If you save the drawing after series of UNDOs, close it and than reopen: does it looks the same (dimmed as you wrote )?

Maxim

It appears I know what are you talking about.
Yes, if you use UNDO in the drawing where you edited block in-place you may stop at the step when the block is not closed after editing, so you need to call REFCLOSE command to exit in-place block edit mode.

Maxim

I tried that, but it told me,

"Command: refclose
** Command not allowed unless a reference is checked out with REFEDIT command **"

So, I'm not thinking that's it.

I don't have the file anymore. I became really frustrated with my inability to see items clearly, so I performed a "Copy with Base Point" of my entire drawing into another file that I had from a previous assignment. Then I chose "Save As" and replaced the disfunctional file. Everything appears to be working fine now.
