Object Snap not snapping right - AutoCAD Lt 2014

Is there a setting for object snap to end point. AutoCAD is not snapping to the end point that I can see unless I zoom farther in or hold shift and select end point snap even though it is already on. Any settings I can check for snap accuracy or something?

This method should work for sure. Or you need to turn off other than Endpoint running object snaps.

we've done the hold shift method and that is typically what we have to do. But it responds quite a bit differently than the other machines in our office.

Won't snap to end point even though that is the only running snap on. You have to zoom in a lot for it to work unlike the other machines. I guess the way to explain it, would be to say it is not snapping accurately.
