Hello Community,

I have a bit of a problem which I have been trying to solve for the past 2 days and come up with nothing. Even after hours of research. Maybe any of you will be able to help. So the problem I'm having is that whenever I apply textures to the model they suddenly turn black, like if they had some sort of a black foliage on top of them. I am trying to make a textured model for Fallout 4, using the textures provided.

Here are a few screenshots:

Inside Material Editor (The texture looks fine in the small preview window on the BSLightningFX node)

https://gyazo.com/ee07dadd19a204af8507dd4969c0dbb4

The model after applying textures (This is not my model, this happens withe very single model and texture I use)

https://gyazo.com/05afb4befd3de5912d61adf5a40d8c62

The textures appear the same way everywhere, in-game and in Bethesda's Creation Kit. Also, I am using 3ds Max 2013 for this.

Lastly, I am a complete newbie at all this since I only started learning maybe 1-2 weeks ago so explain as much as possible to me 😛

Would anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks for any response in advance!
