Hi,

I found the Object Enabler downloads page. Perhaps downloading and installing the OE for the version of AutoCAD you are trying to import from will help get rid of the error?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/123112/files/autocad-object-enablers-html.html

If that doesn't work, try EXPORTing the file as an FXB file from AutoCAD, and then try to import that file type instead of the DWG.

Sorry for the late reply.

Choose the Object Enabler install package for the Autocad version the original DWG was created in.
