As an idea it points to my solution I would use (can't verify, as I do not have such bad files). I would "fix" and "write protect" these automatcally created MXS startup files (or write protect the entire folder). Then this "virus" would have no effect anymore at least.

I spotted ALC virus in my scenes and tried to find a solution. And downloaded the prune scene for cleaning. It helped for the single scenes but i have tons of scenes including this virus how can i clean as a bulk this virus. By the way Prune Scene's select and search is not working properly for this issue. It found the viruses but not logging and showing so i cant select and remove them. Also i checked Autodesk's articles about it no solution for it. Any help?
