I agree with what you said but there are many options/references on
Autodesk website stating 3DSMAX for Mac support.

Please clarify my doubts.

3ds Max is not intended to run in Mac OS.

You may have read about 3dsMax running on Mac hardware using Boot Camp or Virtual Machines running Windows OS.

Although this setup may still 'work', we do not support this setup anymore for technical reasons relative to not be a native OS.

Also suggested to verify the if Mac graphic card is listed in the certified cards :

Not gonna happen.
Autodesk barely manages to keep this bloated buggy dinosaur working for Windows.
And most Mac users (including myself) are perfectly happy using every other 3d package out there.
Those very few who want to use 3dsMax for Mac simply not going to cover the cost of porting.
