&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a new gaming laptop with excellent quality for 3dmax and other graphic heavy programs, however I'm having a problem that I did not have in my previous laptop or 3dmax&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when the file is not responding I can't just close it and re-open It again&amp;nbsp; ..&amp;nbsp; it does not work until I restart the whole computer and this happens all the time and will surly effect my computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I used to have 2016 3d max but yesterday I installed 2017 and it is the same, still having the same issue as in the picture attached&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like gfx card problems. Things to try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;update the gfx card drivers&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;if there's integrated gfx card + dedicated one, try disabling the integrated card&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;try googling around if others using the same laptop have any gfx card issues and if so, what they did about that&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;and I also googled the problem, and nothing worked&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have intel and NVIDIA .. do you mean that I need to disable intel?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As this 'may' be related. Do you have them installed ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do get a crash, usually there is a Customer Error Reporting window that appears, when the report is sent, it opens a web pages containing a report number: CER_########. If you do get it, this number can help pin point the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
