Cannot instal 3ds max 2020

Hi, i just have this trouble, i don´t know if it is the rigth place to post, if it is not please let me know.

the first try i made everything worked fine, the installer sayed everything was ok, then i tried o open the program but just worked until the "loading window" when it say "starting 3dsmax" and the the program just closed, and that heppened every time i tried to open it. Then decided to uninstal and re-install but at this time the installer showed an error an im stuck at this point

I have tried every help page to make clean uninstalls, replace the "Microsoft visual c++ redistributables", download the whole 8gb file to make offline installations, also made a HTML whit an app called AIDA which im leaving below if anyone understand it, and a lot of another cheap tricks like these...

Maybe it is important to say that im using an student license, also i uninstalled 3dsmax 2019 before i tried whit the 2020 versión, then i reinstalled 2019 to keep working until i could fix the problem, it was a surprise that i could install it successfully.

When I enter the whole error message

"GetErrorontext returned: Error Context CustomAction licIsSvcUpgraded.8B858D99_2C63_4281_AE43_6782314CCC1B returned actual error code 1603"
