3dsmax command line switches -mip

I'm using MAX 2016 and wrote a script to start with a command line. One of the switches I want to use -mip. This is suppose to keep the UI close., but it doesn't work.

Any help here please?

Hi Ken, try using -mi - that will keep the UI minimized.

I don't want the MAX interface to show and I thought according to documentation -mip is suppose to do this.
