In order to complete installation, these programs must be closed.

When I install, it stop and show block like below:

The installer has detected that the following programs are running.

Monitor.exe

In order to complete installation, these programs must be closed.

(I can’t OK, but Cancel.)

I can't find Monitor.exe, so I can't close it. Please help me, thanks.

Hello,

I had the same problem and i tried your solution and it worked.

I was able to install 3ds max.

Should I turn monitor.exe. back on.

If so how do I do this ?

Will it automatically reload when I restart ?
