That's the way I would do it, crop the image and realign the UVS.

Hello.

I have a question for anyone who might be able to help.

I have a model that I bought and the textures that come with it.

All is good apart from the UV-s. I mean they are good and all but the texture that came with the model is huge and the model I'm using only uses a small part of the whole texture map.

Is there any way I can crop the texture and the UV-s only to the part that I need? I did it manually using Gimp, but I was wondering if there is a faster/easyer way in 3DS Max or Maya perhaps.

Thank you
