Go into Sub Object Mode Border, which will grab the border for that area. And there is a tool called cap. It will fill the hole and you can go about using the CUT tool to connect all the interior geo.

Hi all,

I imported to 3ds Max file form AutoCAD Civil 3D with two surfaces:

I want extrude solid between two surfaces and I'm "zero" in 3d Max - cam smb provide materials/videos how I can do it?

Second question - may I choose algoritme of creation MESH (because classic Civil 3D's command for getting solids is bad and I can't import that solid to FEA's software [finite element analysis] and create there FEA model from that geometry).

I attach file (created by Max 2020) to tests
