3d watch model tutorial

I'm relatively new to 3Ds max but do have experience in Autocad and Inventor. I'm looking for an online 3d modelling tutorial to help me model a wrist watch and so far have only been able to find example where experienced users have recorded their working along with a selection of their favourite music. Are there any tutorials out there that would also talk me through the process as trying to follow the work based on what I can see only is too challenging for me.

Try a google search for "3ds max tutorial modeling mechanical parts" or "... mechanical assemblies"

A quick search found this, the second half may be relevant for you. I'm sure there are other helpful tutorials.
