Can't import anymore 3d files in 3ds max

Hello,

I can't import anymore new 3d file in 3ds max. I try to install a new preset and all my 3ds fail since, even if I delete it. I try to reinstall it and my V-ray plug in but nothing change... I can't work on a new 3ds max project.

Can you help me please, my work is all base on 3ds max. Thank you !

1. Reset 3ds Max to Default Settings

  C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\[Version]\[Language]

- Restart 3ds Max. It will recreate the default settings.

2. Verify V-Ray Plugin Installation

Uninstall and reinstall V-Ray:
1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall V-Ray.
2. Reinstall the correct version compatible with your 3ds Max version.
Ensure you download the plugin directly from the Chaos website to avoid mismatched versions.

3. Check for Conflicting Scripts or Plugins

A script or plugin may have altered the core files of 3ds Max:
1. Navigate to:
  C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\[Version]\Plugins
  or
  C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max [Version]\Plugins
